Consultation Charges
We offer free initial consultations with our licensed Georgia medical providers. You will not be charged for scheduling or attending your first consultation.
When You Are Billed
You will only be charged once you choose to proceed with obtaining a medical marijuana recommendation and your provider has approved your eligibility. Billing occurs after you give informed consent and confirm your order for the evaluation and certification.
Prescription & Certification Refunds
Because medical marijuana certifications and prescriptions are legal medical documents, we cannot offer refunds once they have been issued. All certification sales are final in accordance with Georgia medical regulations.
Cancellations
- f you decide not to proceed with your evaluation after the free consultation, you will not be charged.
- If you have already paid but need to cancel before your medical marijuana certification has been processed, contact us immediately at contact@marylandmmjcarddoctor.com for assistance.
- Once a certification is issued, no refunds can be provided.
Issues with Service or Documentation
If there is an issue with your certification or the documentation you receive (e.g., errors in your paperwork), please contact our support team within 7 days. We will work quickly to correct any mistakes and ensure your certification is valid and accurate.
